Charles Gerrick is a successful real estate professional with varied corporate, negotiating and industry experience. With a track record of representing lenders, builders, resale sellers and buyers, Charles has acquired the breadth of experience and market knowledge required to be a valued contributor to any real estate endeavor. An expert in selling foreclosure and short-sale properties, Charles has worked with numerous banking institutions, including by not limited to, Ameris Bank, Bank of America, Synovus-Bank of North Georgia, First Security National Bank, One Georgia Bank and Signature Bank, further enhancing his wide range of real estate expertise.

Charles began his real estate career in 2003 and has experienced many facets of the industry, including buying, selling, leasing, investments and developments. Prior to his start, he spent 13 years at Delta Air Lines where he was responsible for the business development, negotiations and operations of airline alliance partnerships in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. His work at Delta Air Lines awarded him valuable skills which he now applies to his responsibilities and everyday efforts as a REALTOR® with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

While attending the Georgia Institute of Technology, Charles served as the President of Sigma Nu Fraternity and has since been an active community member, seeking ways to provide the best to his neighbors. He has participated on the board of many organizations around the community, such as the Murphey Candler Baseball Board (President), Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody YMCA, Montgomery Elementary School Foundation, Highgrove Property Owners’ Association (President) and Brookhaven Close Homeowners’ Association (President). Charles has coached for the Murphey Candler youth baseball teams, YMCA soccer and basketball teams, the Atlanta Colts youth football and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team-In-Training program. Charles is an active member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, where he has taught Sunday School and has participated on the Children and Family Ministry leadership team. He also currently umpires youth baseball.

A Brookhaven resident, Charles was also a member of the city's first Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and the stakeholder committee for the Murphey Candler Park Master Plan 2015. Additionally, he served on the Steering Committee for the City of Brookhaven Comprehensive Master Plan 2034, a long-term planning process encompassing a vision and plans, including land use, parks and recreation and transportation, for the City of Brookhaven.
