Kate Danowski

A graduate of Sewanee, The University of the South, Kate began her real estate career in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she obtained her real estate license and worked for one of the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts. She honed her real estate skills alongside some of Chattanooga’s best in the market. In 2007, Kate returned home to St. Simons where she expanded her real estate knowledge working in property management and commercial real estate.

Kate proudly joined the Deloach Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2016. Working with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals has become a true passion for Kate and is evident in her work ethic and enthusiasm. She has earned the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and always offering sound advice.

Kate is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia and is a Brunswick/Glynn County Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Recipient Life Member. She is a member of Wesley United Methodist Church at Frederica where she serves as a Boardmember of Wesley Academy of Early Learning, a 2009 graduate of Leadership Glynn, and a member of the American Cancer Society Victory Board. She spends her free time enjoying all that coastal Georgia has to offer with her husband, Brad, and their three boys, Cope, Will, and Smith.
