Born on St. Simons Island, Frank has lived his entire life in this community with the exception of his time in Atlanta upon graduating from college. After leaving the University of Georgia with a Masters in Taxation, he spent three years with the accounting firm, Price Waterhouse, obtaining his CPA designation. Leaving public accounting, Frank headed into real estate working with a large developer in the Atlanta market until 1989 when he returned home to St. Simons Island. Opening his real estate brokerage and development company in 1992, he quickly grew the company into one of the area's largest real estate firms. Frank has developed a number of subdivisions representing over 300 single family lots. He has served on numerous bank boards as a director and was one of the original board members of the Sea Island Club Advisory Board. He is active in the St. Simons Presbyterian Church and is passoniate about hunting and fishing.
