Luxury Outlook 2023
An ambitious exploration into high-end residential markets across the globe.
A Georgia native and a New Englander at heart, Keri Cole believes the Upper Valley to be the best place to call home. With a Masters degree from Harvard in Theological Studies and Doctoral work at UC Berkeley in South Asian Buddism, Keri's approach to buying and selling homes is as philosophical as it is practical. Formerly the chair of a religious studies department, Keri moved to Woodstock in 2010 for an entertaining interlude as an inn owner. Since joining the Williamson Group in 2014, Keri has been a consistent top-producer in Windsor County and enjoys collaborating with buyers and sellers alike. In 2018, Keri closed the largest residential sale ever recorded in the town of Woodstock. Keri currently serves as a Woodstock Village Trustee and sits on Woodstock's Village Development Review Board, giving her a unique perspective on the charms and challenges of village life. Keri has also served on the boards of the Woodstock Planning Commission, Pentangle Arts Council, the Woodstock Historical Society and the Woodstock Garden Club and believes that active engagement in a community is the best way to ensure that community's vitality and sustainability. Keri, her husband Ben Ford, and their children Vivian and Cyrus make their home in Woodstock Village's finest Atomic Ranch.
