For over 20 years, Eric has enjoyed helping clients buy and sell homes in the Tri-Cities. As a homegrown Tri-Citian, he appreciates all that the area has to offer as a place to live, work and play. Eric’s approach to real estate comes from his previous career of 13 years in nuclear power - utilizing organizational and leadership skills, planning, scheduling and attention to detail. Representing sellers, buyers and our area’s top builders and developers; Eric brings full-service expertise to his clients. He is very knowledgeable and patient as he works with his clients throughout the home buying or selling process.

Eric grew up and raised his family here in the local community. When not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife on the river, nearby mountains, skiing, camping and experiencing the blossoming wine region.
