Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Mimi Mack understands that purchasing real estate is one of the biggest of a person's life, and as such she thinks holistically about every sale, treating each purchase and sale as if it were her own, guiding her clients through the process with integrity, loyalty, and professionalism.
Her experience in commercial real estate and her familiarity with Chicago from living in and around the area for over forty years has provided Mimi with the personal insight and market analysis to ensure every transaction runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish. When marketing a property for sale, Mimi positions the property for it to be sold in the shortest amount of time, for the best price, to qualified buyers.
At times when transactions do not go as smoothly as desired, due to external factors, Mimi's ability to stay calm and resolute when things get difficult or seem impossible, shine through, allowing her to stay focused on finding solutions to the desired outcome. The joy that clients experience when they find their perfect home, investment property, or divesting of their property motivates and excites Mimi during every transaction.
Mimi puts importance on and works hard on continued education and training to stay current in an ever-evolving real estate market. Amongst her commitment to this end, she partners with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), and Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) with their offerings of training and education. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), sits on the Professional Standards and Ethics and Forms and Contracts Committees, and has her Real Estate 12 hour Pre-licensing and Continuing Education Instructor Certification on the path to becoming a licensed instructor, and currently enrolled in the Managing Brokers license course.
Mimi stays active with her family and her community. She gives to various charities locally and nationally, most recently she and her children started racing in the Chicago Triathlon yearly in efforts to fundraise for Pediatric Cancer Research. She is also on the Board of Directors of Kind Earth Alliance, a newly launched charitable earth conservation organization.
