Jana Farella

Jana Farella is a Global Advisor at Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in La Jolla. She is one of the top producing real estate professionals in San Diego. Jana received a Gold Level Award for the Recognition of Excellence in 2021, which is an incredible accomplishment in one of the most competitive markets in California. Jana was also recently recognized in The San Diego Business Journal as one of the top agents. She was interviewed and published in Inman Magazine, which is distributed worldwide. Jana's expertise, underlying work ethic, steadfast integrity, attention to detail and persistence has contributed to the innumerable successful closings over the years. Her experience helps her secure the highest net proceeds for her sellers, while negotiating the very best possible outcome for the buyers she represents. Ever expanding her knowledge of the real estate market, locally and worldwide, she was recently rewarded the International Property Specialist Designation by The National Association of Realtors. In 2008, when she launched her career in real estate, she quickly became the number one agent within an office of 100 realtors. During those early years, as a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, she skillfully navigated the sales process to help many of her clients avoid foreclosure. Jana moved to San Diego in 1993. Growing up in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe (Bardejov, Czechoslovakia), gave Jana a keen eye for design and architecture. Growing up during communism behind the "Iron curtain", gave her a strong desire to travel and explore the world, and she has now traveled to all seven continents. Jana's experience and her adaptability, paired with Pacific Sotheby's impeccable marketing, help her provide the best service to her clients and best exposure for her clients. Jana is a proud mom of four and a "Glama" to her eight months old grandson. With a passion for world travel, yoga, meditation and outdoors, she strives for balance, and she lives her life to the fullest. Jana splits her time between her homes in La Jolla and Murrieta, and she enjoys being part of both communities.
