'Nancy was great. She priced our house perfectly. It sold right away. The whole process was smoother than I had expected. Everything was well-coordinated, from the broker open houses to the showings, and the preparations for the closing. Nancy was great! She took the time to get to know us, and she knew what we liked and didn't like. She also gave us great advice both when we were trying to buy and also when we were selling, and we felt totally comfortable letting her handle our sale without us needing to be too involved.' Mary, Winchester
'Nancy Fleming was so helpful and reassuring during our house hunt and condo purchase. We were so happy to have her as our agent for our first home. We had no idea what we were doing going into this experience, and Nancy clarified everything for us and didn't let us panic unnecessarily. Nancy came referred to us, and we would certainly recommend her to family and friends.' Krista, Winchester
'This was our third home transaction with Nancy. She has a wonderful calming personality during the 'hiccups' and is very knowledgeable about the market. We have recommended her to friends, and would seek her services again. Thank you Nancy for another job well done!' Tom & Kathy, Wakefield
'The response time between my agent and I was remarkable. The only time there was a time lapse was when information needed to be gathered between banking personnel or the other agent. Other than that, the experience was great, even though I was under a time constraint. When I mentioned to my agent that I was having difficulty obtaining a mortgage she spoke to another bank who assured her that I would have no issues at that establishment. All went smoothly going forward.' Barbara, Wilmington
