Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Originally from Westchester County, Kristin Bischof has strong ties to and unparalleled knowledge of the area, including Pelham and neighboring City Island. A tech-savvy, full-time agent with Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty, she has earned a reputation as a professional who provides distinctive service to buyers and sellers. Kristin is highly regarded by clients and peers for her knowledge of the market, familiarity with the area, commitment to clients and ability to close even the most complex of transactions.
Kristin grew up in Westchester and attended Smith College in Northampton, Mass., where she graduated with high honors. Following a successful career in marketing and sales, about ten years ago she embarked on a career in real estate with McClellan Sotheby's International Realty in Pelham, before joining Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in 2016. In her first thirteen years in the business, Kristin, who specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, closed more than 150 transactions worth over $125 million. She was an integral part of the On the Sound at City Island sales team, launched in 2015 and responsible for nearly three-quarters of the inventory at the luxury waterfront community being sold out.
Kristin's keen knowledge of Southern Westchester County and her connections with other agents allow her to keep her finger on the pulse of the market so she can advise clients as to when a property becomes available, and gauge whether it is underpriced, overpriced or is a good value.
Kristin, the mother of two children, is actively involved in the community and has first-hand knowledge of the area's schools and activities. She currently serves on the Board of County Harvest, a Deacon at Huguenot Memorial Church and is a former president of the Pelham Junior League, served on the board of Huguenot Nursery School and Pelham Children's Center, and was active in the Colonial School PTA for many years.
A marathon runner, Kristin brings a tenacity and positive attitude that propels her toward the finish line much in the same way that her desire to assist clients through every step of the real estate process keeps her focused and motivated. "I am persistent and don't give up. I always finish anything I start, and I strive to create a successful outcome for my clients."
