Jessica Chefan Hansen

Jessica Chefan Hansen is a Broker Associate with First Coast Sotheby’s International Realty and has eight years of experience working in the Jacksonville market and it's surrounding areas. Born in Jacksonville, Jessica has firsthand knowledge of the city’s excellent culture, schools, recreational facilities, and many other amenities. Jessica’s parents Jane and Jeff Chefan purchased the First Coast Sotheby’s franchise in 2009 which served as a catalyst for her enthusiasm in real estate.

In 2011, Jessica left Jacksonville to attend Florida State University where she pursued and achieved a dual major B.A. in Marketing and Real Estate. Since that time, Jessica has officially joined First Coast Sotheby’s and collaborated on over $170 million of company sales with her team, The Chefan Group. Additionally, Jessica holds the role of Operations Manager where she has implemented various software solutions and new agent trainings to achieve smooth business operation while the franchise expanded to new markets in Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island, Palm Coast, and St. Augustine.

In her free time, you can find Jessica spending time with her family, playing tennis and pickleball, boating, traveling with her husband, and going to Jaguar and Seminole football games. She has also run the Gate River Run the past several years and hopes to keep up this achievement into the foreseeable future.
