Katie Cairns is a seasoned real estate professional with over eighteen years of experience in the industry, with twelve spent selling new homes for builders, and eight years working in her family’s property management company.

Katie is a Baltimore native and a graduate of St. Paul’s School for Girls, an alumni relationship that has become an important networking tool. She lives in Lutherville and is familiar with Baltimore city neighborhoods as well as those in the wider county area including Lutherville, Riderwood, Towson, and Ruxton.
