Maureen Reynolds is a sales associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Port Orange and Spruce Creek Fly In office. For more than 17 years, she has been selling homes throughout Volusia County, Florida. Living in the Daytona Beach and Port Orange areas for over 22 years, Maureen has built a solid understanding of the beachside and mainland real estate markets, and a strong foundation of satisfied customers.

A former congressional chief of staff, Maureen lived in Washington, D.C. for 20 years. She co-founded a successful computer software development and service company that provided information management applications to a wide range of large public sector and Fortune 500 clients.

Maureen and her husband, Nick Brixius, a recently retired Professor in the College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, landed in Daytona Beach in 1996 at the end of an experience of a lifetime: a 9,000-mile ocean voyage aboard their 38-foot Beneteau sailboat Amitie'. She is dedicated to delivering personalized service, exceptional communication, professional expertise and successful real estate results. Her experience includes marketing, presentations, negotiations and sales. Maureen knows the meaning of hard work and long hours, and her commitment to excellence is the foundation of her success. It has helped her to become one of the area's top real estate professionals.

She also serves as advertising manager for the community's monthly publication 'Update' and heads the 'Neighbors Helping Neighbors' referral service. She volunteers for a local hospice organization and served on several property owners associations and country club committees.

In her spare time, Maureen loves to play bridge and other card games, attempts to play pickleball, stays active riding her bicycle throughout the community and maintains her love of water-related activities including scuba diving and sailing.
