David Halligan

David is a residential broker specializing in Manchester, Dorset and the surrounding communities' residential, land, and condominium markets. He has an established and loyal clientele based on his community and market knowledge, integrity, and friendly responsive client services.

David is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended the Whitman School of Business and majored in marketing. He is also a graduate of Simsbury High School, Simsbury, CT.

He has participated in the Vermont Realtor organization on the state level as a board of director of the Vermont Association of Realtors, and the local level as a president of the South Central Board of Realtors. David was chosen as a Realtor of the Year by his peers.

David has 5 active accomplished children, and keeps busy trying to keep up with them all.
