Katie helps clients find first homes, second homes and dream homes. As a native Rhode Islander she has lived everywhere from Providence to Newport to Bristol to Narragansett, and Block Island before settling in Westerly. These different life experiences have given her insight into the dynamics beyond the wood and nail construction of a home. Katie also has the intimate knowledge to answer the questions about what makes a house a home; where to live . . . for the best value ,. . . .the best schools, . . . the most privacy, the proximity to water and to lead an active senior life.
She is deep into her understanding of the local real estate market by owning a women's clothing boutique in Watch Hill. She also does this by being involved in many local organizations, including the YMCA Reach Out to Youth Campaign, The Supper Table, The Granite Theatre, The Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce and various other groups.
She prides herself on quality customer service and is dedicated to the community by being a board member of the Watch Hill Business Organization and a member of The Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce.
Katie has been a resident in the Westerly/Watch Hill community for over a decade soon after earning a Bachelors degree from The University of Rhode Island. She also spent many childhood summers here previous to that. She lives here with her husband and two children.
