A lifelong veteran of real estate, Llwyd has spent the past 32 years involved in community development, homebuilding and real estate sales. Ranked among the top 400 housing giants in the United States, according to Professional Builder Magazine, Llwyd has built custom homes throughout South and Central Florida, as well as the Roaring Fork Valley, ranging in prices from $400,000 to over $15 million. In addition to being named “Builder of the Year” three times by the Gold Coast Builder’s Association, he has also been a recipient of more than 100 awards, including the Prism, Pinnacle, Palm, Aurora and Fame Real Estate Awards for new home construction, architectural design, and product marketing.
In 1984, Llwyd graduated from Babson College, where he received a B.S. degree in Finance. He is married to Tricia, and has four children, Emily, Edwin, Elizabeth, and Erin, and a yellow Labrador Ellie. Llwyd enjoys hiking, skiing, fishing, and sailing.
