Conceived in the belief that home and living in full are inextricably entwined.
Emily is thrilled to continue the success and legacy of her father and grandfather as a third-generation real estate professional. Originally from Michigan, her family owned Aldrich Construction and Aldrich Realty. As a result of growing up in the business, Emily understands and delivers extraordinary customer service with a trained eye for quality home construction, design, and remodeling. Emily's true passion is to follow and incorporate current and future design, construction, and staging trends in all she does. Emily also utilizes the latest state-of-the-art technology and social media tools to ensure she is a true asset to her clients.
In addition to millions sold in real estate and many happy clients, one of Emily's homes has been featured on HGTV's Love It Or List It. She has also assisted celebrity clients on the west coast to find second homes in the Triangle area and regularly works with clients relocating from all across the country especially California and New York. Her homes have also been featured in Walter Magazine, The Week, Mansion Global, James Edition and more. In 2022, Emily was recognized as Homesnap's Top 15% of agents nationally.
A proud 1999 graduate of North Carolina State University, her degree was just the beginning of a life-long relationship with the university. She currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and is a life member of the Alumni Association. She has also served as a guest lecturer for the Poole College of Management and the Master of Public Administration Program and is former Associate Director of the Wolfpack Club. In Emily's spare time, she loves working on projects to continuously improve her mid-century modern home which is featured on ncmodernist.org with other modernist homes in the region. She is also a junkie for business and motivational books and usually has about four or five books she is excited about in the queue. Her favorite book by far is "How to Win Friends & Influence People," by Dale Carnegie.
