Tony has been involved in the home building business for most of his life. Tony knows homes! The Laratta Family has been building custom homes in Calgary since 1978. Tony has been a partner in the family business since 1994 and as a result has designed, built and sold hundreds of homes.

There he gained much real estate and practical business experience, including being instrumental in the selling, designing, and building of some of the City’s finest homes and estates. While servicing the City’s most discerning homeowners. Tony knows construction and not just in the homes he has built but can also recognize quality in other homes in the resale market.

In addition, he understands the market in all of Calgary’s top communities because he has sold and built in most of the well-known locations such as Elbow Valley, Stone Pine, Mount Royal, Elbow Park, Rideau, Roxboro, Britannia, Bel-Aire, Christie Park, Sienna Hills, Church Ranch, Mountain Park, McKenzie Lake to mention a few. Tony also knows recreation properties as he has built homes at Silvertip in Canmore. This has afforded him with the opportunity to establish a long list of clients and associate contacts that will be the cornerstone of his real estate business growth and development.

Tony began his career as a Sales Professional with Sutton Group in 1991. Combine this with the home building industry acumen, Tony has developed an extensive understanding of the home business and how to market and sell luxury homes.
