Adrien Bellagio

Adrien Bellagio is a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty with more than 12 years of experience in Chicagoland residential and commercial real estate. With a background in banking, Adrien moved from Miami to Chicago in 2008 and began his real estate career one year later. Finally finding his passion, Adrien immersed himself in his new home city, studied the city’s grid and Chicago’s rich architectural history building-by-building. This passion and drive to succeed opened doors to more than 1500 completed real estate transactions.

Growing up in the Caribbean, Adrien developed his love for real estate from his father and his uncles. Not only did his family own many types of properties, each property was showcased with a true pride of ownership with great emphasis on gratitude and curb appeal. He remembers small details like the fragrance of freshly trimmed orange jasmine hedges, having fresh flowers throughout the home, hot pots resting on the stove and filled fruit baskets being some of the comforts of his childhood. After moving to South Florida for university, Adrien and his family planted roots in the US. His family still resides in South Florida. Adrien attended the University of Florida, in Gainesville, and completed a dual major in Animal Sciences and Business Management.

With a successful career in banking, Adrien visited Chicago and fell in love with the city after one week. One month later, his entire life was packed in a moving truck and he moved to the big city, with his golden retriever, Milo. With no family or friends in the city, the move was both an adrenaline rush and one of the scariest moments in his life. It was in Chicago that Adrien’s childhood respect and passion for real estate began to take front and center. He resigned at JPMorgan, took a 3 week vacation to Italy and returned with the determination to immerse himself in Chicago’s real estate.

Adrien’s commitment, passion and relentless drive has opened doors to trusted exclusive broker partnerships with prominent real estate portfolios in the city- Parliament Enterprises, Reside Living, Laramar Group, Fifield Companies and Greystar Management to name a few. His roster of successful partnerships can be experienced with his well-respected name and reputation among the city’s biggest real estate development firms.

Calling Lakeview East home, Adrien lives in a historic brownstone and has a love for gardening and fostering senior dogs. He takes great pride in his geraniums and seasonal flowers every year. After creating a gardening club for his block, he has been able to share his passions with his neighbors and now their block is one of the most beautiful in Lakeview East.
