Susan Consoletti

Graduating from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BA in Communications and a minor in Marketing, Susan Consoletti loves the marketing aspect involved in real estate. She enjoys designing new, innovative marketing campaigns around the uniqueness of each property. A believer that details make the difference in buying and selling real estate, Susan is concerned about every detail of her clients’ move from start to finish. Putting the client’s needs first is always her top priority.

A successful real estate professional since 2004, Susan has been in the top 3% of the nation at one of the largest real estate franchises and is a constant top producer. Susan joined a local boutique company in 2013 as Owner and Broker Associate where she managed a team of Realtors and served on the Board of Directors. In July 2017, Susan sold her share in the company and joined Sotheby's International Realty.

Prior to calling the Conejo Valley her home for the last 15 years, Susan relocated her family many times during her husband’s 20-year Naval Aviator career. Consequently, she has personal experience and a true understanding of how relocating affects a family and how to minimize it to assure a smooth transition when moving to an unknown community.

With extremely strong negotiation skills, Susan is referred with confidence by her past clients and Realtors nationwide. Her experience includes all types of transactions such as short sales, REO's, resales and, of course, relocation.
