Fritz Kling

Fritz Kling, CRP, is the Relocation Director for Sotheby's International Realty in Westlake Village. He holds a CRP designation of Certified Relocation Professional from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), specializing in workforce mobility both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Fritz participates as a member of Relocation Directors Council (RDC), Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), and Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM). Fritz has been a member of Worldwide ERC for 39 years. He has spoken on panels for Worldwide ERC, the SCRC, and to many corporations and third-party companies on issues that affect corporations moving employees in and out of California. These great organizations provide networking for those who assist corporations and their employees with moving. Fritz has been in the real estate business for 44 years and previously owned his own company, selling his portion in 1987 so he could concentrate on handling REO/corporate properties and transferees. He joined Young Realtors, now Sotheby's International Realty, in 1990 as Relocation Director where he brought his expertise developing one of the most successful relocation businesses in Southern California.
