Alain Azaria

Parisian-born and passionate New Yorker, Alain Azaria, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker, leads The Azaria Team at Sotheby's International Realty - Downtown Manhattan brokerage.

Alain leased and sold over $100M worth of real estate and became a true expert at pricing high-end residential properties in NYC's ever-evolving marketplace. Early on, he participated in the marketing, development, and influencer outreach of a unique event-driven über-luxury sea-based residential project worth over $1B.

He then was Principal Broker at NY-based private brokerage firm, Dalazar, and closed some of the finest properties for both buyers and sellers including a high-floor duplex at 530 Park Avenue, the 8th floor at 350 West Broadway, a sprawling condo at the Ritz Carlton, 10 West Street, a timeless 19th century single-family townhouse at 26 Garden Place, and more.
