Brad has successfully sold and closed over $285 million at 212 Fifth Avenue representing Building and Land Technology, Madison Equities, and Thor Equities. He previously represented Rockrose Development, TF Cornerstone, MCL Companies, and Zamir Equities closing 120 units at 99 John Street, 15 floors at 455 Central Park West, and marketing The Setai.
